Being able to shop in both the girl and they boy section is so much fun. Now that the weather is finally cooling down, most days here in the midwest, anyways.
I realized last month Carter’s is now offering lots of their baby sets in sizes up to a 5T, which is amazing because it makes my life so much easier than buying a bunch of separates and then getting home and realizing nothing matches. For Blaire, there are SO many cute pieces, it can be overwhelming when buying separates… which is why I prefer to shop online.
When shopping for boy’s clothing, it’s usually a little bit harder for me to find pieces that don’t have characters on them or outfits that aren’t covered in cheesy slogans.
I typically buy Ben’s clothing as separates. And I definitely get more questions about where to find boys clothing. My go-to places are Old Navy, H&M and Target. They all have the perfect basics at great prices. Ben is to the age where he recognizes that characters he LOVES (hey, Mickey Mouse!) and points them out if he seems them on clothing. I usually buy PJs with characters on them for the kids… at least right now while I can pick out their outfits. ;)
