We had quite a fun Easter weekend! Saturday morning/afternoon we spent out at our country club for Easter brunch. We saw the Easter bunny and Blaire and my goddaughter Brylee got to hunt Easter eggs! Then we spent hours at SAMs eating samples and doing some shopping! ;)
For Easter Day we did something new this year. We had only immediate family over, because my extended family isn’t getting together until next weekend. We woke up early so Blaire could see what the Easter Bunny had brought. Then we started the main course in the crock pots, and all three of us got ready for church and out the door in 15 minutes. (Impressive, if I do say so myself.) We went to a different church than normal, which meant there was no cry room for us to sit in. Blaire did really well, especially for mass being over an hour long. She also got her first rosary after mass!
We hightailed it home to get Blaire down for an early nap before our family arrived. Jason and I did some last minute tidying around the house and got the majority of the food prepared. For lunch we had this crockpot chicken and stuffing and everyone thought it was amazing! We had perfect spring weather here so we were able to spend the afternoon outside playing with bubbles and collecting Easter eggs. Blaire got lots of new clothes and a fun bubble blowing lawn mower.

It’s been back to gross weather these past few days and Blaire and Jason have both been sick with a cold. We’re ready for some sunshine and I’m ready to have my healthy loves back. We’re almost halfway to the weekend. ;) xo
