You guys. It’s March! … and that means it’s baby month. I am SO in love with our maternity pictures. We got so, so, so lucky with the weather that day. Who knew we would be blessed with a 70° day, in February, here in the midwest?! We had originally picked a different day, but when we saw the weather forecast, our amazing photographer squeezed us in. 

Blaire definitely cooperated for her individual photos… but when it came to family pictures, she wasn’t having it. She loves to be the center of attention and thinks family hugs are wayyy more important than just a mom/dad hug.

I love this belly… but I’m just not sure how it can get any bigger. I am so, so ready to meet this baby boy! It’s crazy how many more emotions there are when you’re welcoming your second baby vs. your first. With Blaire it was pure excitement. This time, there’s excitement to meet him and see his face. But there’s the worry about how Blaire will handle everything, along with my thoughts of how the heck can I handle TWO tiny humans?! that runs through my mind daily.

In the end, I know everything will happen according to God’s plan and we just have to roll with it. But I really, REALLY hope God’s plan includes a baby boy who loves to sleep when his big sister does. ;) Too much to ask for?
