Saying you should get an award when you make it through your first trimester is an understatement. It’s a rough one! There are a few trusty things that helped me feel better throughout my pregnancy with Blaire that helped me out again this time (my friends, triscuits and gatorade). And some things on my list this pregnancy were not things I even owned yet during my first trimester of my first pregnancy (hello, snoogle & maternity leggings!) Speaking of maternity leggings, with Blaire I preferred full panel leggings, but this time they’re making me feel a little claustrophobic.

First Trimester Must Haves

Preggie Pop Drops | Snoogle | Snoogle Jersey Case | Belly Balm | Gummy Prenatal Vitamins | Triscuit Thins | Gatorade | Liz Lange Maternity Leggings | The Bump App

I tried Preggie Pop Drops for the first time a month ago and they are AMAZING! I always have some with me.  Why didn’t I know about them three years ago?! Gatorade helps me feel less terrible/bloated because I hate drinking water. And eating some Triscuits before I get out of the bed in the morning is a little ritual I started with Blaire. lol… Start putting something on your belly ASAP! I LOVE the Tubby Todd Belly Balm.

Is there anything that saved you during your first trimester? If only a housekeeper was in my budget… that would definitely make it to my First Trimester Must Haves! ;)

For some reason this post makes me want to have another! I loved being pregnant, even with all the icky-ness of the first trimester. Love the Triscuit idea. Being hungry always made me more sick so it’s a good idea!

Great choices! XOXO The only thing I needed was anti-nausea meds. I had hyperemsis!

I always felt claustrophobic with full-panels. My fave are the ones that hang low or side panels. Snoogle is a def must! And totally agree start putting something on the belly ASAP!
