First, I’d like to say Happy Father’s Day to my husband, Jason! You’re such an amazing daddy and we’re so lucky to be your girls. There’s no one I’d rather go through this crazy journey of parenthood with. We love you so much!
Our Father’s Day weekend was a busy one! We spent Saturday afternoon at my parent’s house for a cookout with family. We spent the evening doing a little shopping. I’m OBSESSING over this dress (in black) I bought. Shown in my Instagram photo below! ;) It’s so comfy and the perfect layering piece. On Sunday Jason golfed and met us at the zoo. Blaire especially loved the monkeys and playing in a fan they had blowing a mist. It was a super hot and humid day, so she had lots of fun cooling down in the mist! She got to pick out a stuffed animal from the gift shop, and she picked the little lady bug in the picture below. We finished the night with dinner at his Jason’s parent’s house. Blaire was excited to give Jason his DIY picture frame we made for him. When we put the picture in the frame, she thought it was so fun that she was holding a picture of her da da right there in front of her.
Last year, I thought photographing a 4 month old was tough! HA! Photographing a 15 month old was definitely no easy feat. I just had to include this picture that shows the only time she was smiling was when she was running away from me. AND I had to include last year’s, just to show how much she’s grown!
Once again, Happy Father’s Day to all of the daddys! How’d you celebrate? xo
