It is my grandparent’s favorite place to eat, so we’ve been going there with them since before Blaire was born. Now it’s my kids’ favorite place to eat, too. The selection of candy and non-candy treats for trick-or-treaters is unreal at my local @hyvee this year! The past few years we have bought non-candy options for trick-or-treaters with food allergies. 1 in 13 kids has a food allergy — including some of our favorite neighbors. 🥰 We paint a teal pumpkin to signal we have non-candy treats, and since we are out trick-or-treating we leave a note asking kids to please leave those items for children with food allergies since I don’t buy quite as many of those as I do Snickers, Reese’s, and pretzels. 🎃 👻 #HyveeHalloween #Hyvee #bdmm @bdmmagency #tealpumpkinproject #halloween2022
