This little girl. Her cheesy, crazy smiles are just getting cuter and cuter. She is such a little busy bee. She is learning lots of new words and is getting great at repeating words and animal sounds. She can show you most of her facial features (nose, ears, eyes, mouth) and her hands and feet when you ask where they are. She also knows some animal noises. She has this farm animal app that is helping her learn lots of animal names and noises. It’s so cute to watch her repeat them. My favorite is when they show the llama, and she looks at me with a confused little face and says, “Mama?” It is so adorable. IMG_6817

She still has 13 teeth, with the 13th coming in super slow! She is mostly in 18 months clothing, but we’re shifting her to 24 months for fall. She finally has enough hair for a pony tail or pig tails, and I love it!

This girl has the biggest heart. She loves to blow kisses and give hugs. She’s so sweet, but also ornery. She loves to hand out the juice cups at daycare, but last week she decided it would be just as fun to offer their juice cup and then take it back and laugh. Naughty! I just can’t believe how much my baby girl is continuing to grow up. These pictures from when she was 6 months, and then a year later, now that she’s 18 months is just mind blowing to me. Where did my chubby little baby go?! Now I know why people get such serious baby fever… 6 Months vs 18 Months text

Thanks for the friend request on Mom Bloggers Club! It’s very nice to meet you and you have a lovely blog! I haven’t met too many Trista’s in my lifetime, so it’s nice to meet another. :) Love the 18 month update. She sure is a cutie. Our youngest is almost 1 and is just about in 24 month clothing! He’s a chunk. He just now starting to take off with the walker. It won’t be long before he is running behind the almost 5 year old. :) Am your newest Bloglovin’ follower.

The perfect way to spend a few hours on a 95° day! Was just scrolling through stories, saw someone say it had a “lesbian narrative” and laughed out loud. Have you seen it? I apparently missed all of the controversy surrounding the movie, which means I’ve done a great job of filtering out my feed of people who don’t approve of GaYnEsS. 👋🏻👋🏻

Happy Father’s Day JP! He’s the one who supports our family, the doer of the dishes, the planner of the trips, the parent who makes sure the kids brush their teeth, and the one who will happily jumps into the cold, highly-chlorinated water of hotel pools to make these three happy. I had no idea how challenging parenthood would be. I am so lucky I chose a partner who is so positive and outgoing (the opposite of me 🫠) to raise a family with. ❤️

To kick of the weekend, dear husband, PLEASE take these kids and let me sleep in. — that’s what she said. I’m she. I said it. This first full week of summer break kicked my booty! Anyone else? 🫠
